Rami Bonen Owner & CEO
Rami Bonen is an entrepreneur who has a reputation for providing innovative solutions in the area of micro-mechanics. At the age of 29 he became the head of Micro-Swiss a department of Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. From 1978-2000 Rami Bonen established and managed one of Iscar's subsideries that became a world leader in manufacturing small, high precision parts. In 1994 Rami Bonen co-founded Scitex Vision which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2005. In 1998 Rami Bonen co-founded Objet Geometries, the leader in 3D printing for rapid prototyping. In 1999 Rami Bonen founded Pico Parts Ltd, a manufacturer of high precision parts made from hard materials. Rami has a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's PMD 98 program.
Yuval Bonen Sales & Marketing Manager
Yuval Bonen is an experienced Sales & Marketing and BizDev manger. Prior to joining PicoParts in 2009 Yuval was the V.P. of Sales & Marketing at AlphaCSP a High Tech software company. Before his position at AlphaCSP Yuval founded & managed Codesulting LTD providing software development services. In addition Yuval held R&D senior management positions in High Tech companies. Yuval Bonen is an MBA graduage of the Haifa University Business School and holds a B.S.c in Computer Science from the Tel-Aviv Yaffo Academic College.
Yair Hacohen Operations Manager
Yair is a seasoned operations manager and an experienced sales & marketing manager. Yair joined the company at its inception in 1999 and is a key pivot in the company's current position. Prior to joining PicoParts, Mr. Hacohen held several marketing and finance positions such as: marketing project manager at Hai Group, Deputy Chief Financial Officer at H.G.M. Engineering&Consultants and International Sales Supervisor at a division of ISCAR. Mr. Hacohen holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Haifa.
Vladimir Gusis Head of engineering
Vladimir Gusis is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years of extensive experience in practical design and implementation of manufacturing technologies and equipment. Mr. Gusis is a hands-on and innovative thinker and takes a key role in PicoParts' advanced technologies. Prior to joining PicoParts in 2003, Mr. Gusis held key engineering positions in companies such as Vargus, Plasel and a subsidery of ISCAR and took part in developing these companies' patents. Mr. Gusis holds an M. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering & Technology of The Odessa Polytechnic Institute.
Maria Lubarsky Quality Control Manager
Maria is an experienced Quality Control and Production manager. Prior to joining PicoParts Maria held senior management positions in Mechanical Engineering companies. Maria was Quality control manager of N.M.HARPAZ IND and later managed the company's production. Maria has multidisciplinary experience and knowledge which are an asset to our company. Maria holds B.S.c in Mechanical Engineering from the Belarusian National Technical University in Minsk.
Rose Schwartz Administrative Manager
Rose joined the company at its inception in 1999 and is responsible for all accounting and administration activities of the company. Prior to joining PicoParts Rose held several administrative positions such as Secretary General of Kibbutz Gesher Haziv, accounting manager at the Kibbutz financial office and General Manager of the Kibbutz Hotel. Before immigrating to Israel from the U.S. Mrs. Schwartz attended The University of Maryland and Colombia University.
